- Once processed, your order will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

- Standard Shipping: Delivery is usually completed within 5-7 business days after the carrier picks up your package.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available, typically completed within 2-3 business days. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $65.
Address Accuracy
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
- We are not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
- At this time, we only ship within the United States. We look forward to offering international shipping in the future—stay tuned!
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. For lost packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
- That said, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with the necessary details (e.g., tracking information, photos of the damage). While we cannot guarantee a resolution in every case, we may offer a store gift card or discount code as a goodwill gesture.
