Tea Products

- Due to the consumable nature of tea, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on tea products for health and safety reasons. We want to ensure every customer receives high-quality and safe Pu’er tea.

- If your tea arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it and may offer a store gift card or discount code as a goodwill gesture based on the nature of the issue.

 

Non-Consumable Products (e.g., Teaware)

- We accept returns for teaware and accessories only if the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at infoyustea@gmail.com, and we will provide detailed return instructions.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

Important Notes

- Each of our teas is carefully curated to ensure the highest quality. However, we understand that personal preferences may vary. If the tea you purchase doesn’t suit your taste, we are unable to offer a refund. We encourage you to try our sample options before committing to full-sized products.

- Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer are not eligible for returns.

- Refunds for approved returns will be issued in the form of a store gift card.
